Team Chaos Kicks The Puck Out Of The Hockey Gods!

Last night, Team Chaos took the ice with the league championship on the line. Over 120 affiliates, advertisers, and CPAEmpire team members were in the stands to cheer on the Chaos. The game began with the Hockey Gods taking an early 1-0 lead. The teams battled throughout the second period, without adding to the score. As the third period opened, the Chaos knew they faced a tremendous challenge – to take down the team that had beaten them twice during the regular season. With tensions rising, and the Championship Cup up for grabs, Steve Kilberg fought through a group of defenders, came away with the loose puck and put one past the goalie to even the score.

The crowd went wild as the Chaos celebrated the game tying goal. That first goal and the raucous crowd seemed to ignite the Chaos offensive machine. Only moments later, Scott Richter fired a laser beam from the top of the circle that left the goalie frozen in his skates as it ripped into the back of the net. There was complete pandemonium in the stands with the team taking its first lead of the game. With time winding down and only a few minutes left on the clock, the Hockey Gods pulled their goalie in a desperate attempt to generate some offense. Unfazed by the extra skater, the Chaos pounced with Steve Kilberg stealing the puck and putting another goal into the empty net to seal the victory!

As the award ceremony took place on the ice, the Chaos had completed one of the most unlikely turnarounds in sports history. Beginning the season at 0-4, the team came together to mount an amazing run and win the league championship. Visit www.hockeyskate.net for a full recap of the game!
