We at affiliate.com, a division of Media Breakaway, LLC, are celebrating our 10-year anniversary, and we are looking to grow our team. We believe we have the best team in the industry, and we want to build on that strength by consistently attracting the most passionate, talented and motivated people we can find. We are looking for results-driven self starters who thrive in an entrepreneurial, commission-based sales environment. We are looking to add up to five Account Managers/Affiliate Relations (AMs) to our Denver-based team. AMs build and maintain relationships with our affiliates - who are web publishers of all types, with advertisers, and with other industry connections, to drive revenue and the growth of our affiliate network. As an AM, you will maintain and enhance relationships with current affiliate partners and initiate contact with prospective affiliates. You will get to know your affiliates' business models and provide them information and support to help improve their campaigns and results. You will educate affiliates regarding legal compliance. You will monitor campaign results and help resolve problems that may arise.
If you are a well-organized self-starter with 1 - 2 years of client service or sales experience, have strong communication skills and the discipline to plan your work and work your plan to achieve goals, you may have what it takes to be successful in this position. Direct marketing and/or internet marketing experience are desirable qualifications. A college degree, general business sense, and sound judgment will contribute to your success.
