As a one-time courtesy, at anytime during the first 30 days of having an active account you feel that our service and software do not meet your expectations and you would like a refund, we will issue you a full refund – no questions asked!
If you have set-up multiple properties or accounts with, those accounts will be treated as  single account. You m ask for a refund within the first 30 days of signing up, and get your full money back of your first month’s subscription. If your account has been active for more than 30 days, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
When you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to our product until your current subscription expires. However, at the time of refund, your membership will be cancelled immediately. You may cancel your subscription and re-subscribe to our service whenever you desire.
We will process all valid refund requests within five business days. reserves the right to refuse a refund if we reasonably believe that you are acting in an unacceptable manner or attempting to abuse the Money Back Guarantee.
Customers are eligible for a no questions asked refund only one time.  Future subscriptions belonging to the same customer, email and/or payment profile may not receive a future refund however they may cancel at any time according to the term herein.
